Natural Cocoa Butter
Cocoa butter is a natural fat extracted from cocoa beans after grinding them into cocoa liquor and separating the fat using a hydraulic press. This product has a distinctive chocolate aroma and a smooth texture.

Natural Cocoa Cake

Production Process
The production process of Starley Chocolate begins with cocoa bean selection, fermentation, drying, beans sorting, roasting, shell separation, grinding, and producing cocoa liquor. From this stage, various derivative products are made, such as cocoa butter, cocoa cake, and ready-to-consume chocolate bars.
